• The plugin was running with no problem but when i changed the string translation too automatic I got a 500 error (white page). I can’t enter the dashboard page but i can see the other pages. I removed the plugin via cpanel and try to reinstall it but when activating the plugin the error returns. I’ve checked .htaccess and WP memory and everything seems to be ok. I would appreciate any help.

  • @rafacactus, can you provide your WordPress version as well as the version of our plugin you were using? Additionally, the version of Polylang you are using would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi bisle, the WP version is 4.5.3 and Polylang version is 1.9.2. Now I can use the plugin (no error when activate it) but it doesn’t work: the uplodoad status always shows the clock and if i try to update the status I got this error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” (Chrome console).
    thanks.
