    I have tried severally and have gone through lots of other people’s experience and I guess mine is so simple but just not working. I need to place the pop-up via widget at my website and specifically on single listing page as it is a directory.

    I have set up the pop up popmake-14888|popmake-contact-listing and I need to place it with an image

    I have disabled w3tc thinking it was blocking it, and I have added a js plugin to add the js code as shown here

    Please help. I can provide login password if necessary

    @islim88 – All you should need to do is add the class “popmake-14888” to your image and ensure that the popups targeting conditions are not preventing it from appearing on the pages you need it on. If the popup is loaded in the html footer of your site and the image has that class then it should work fine.

    The only other possible issue is that you have a JS error on that page preventing the popups from working correctly.
