After more search I found out that by deactivating some other plugins everything is fine.

I have tried with uncommenting code but didn’t get result. Please help me.

in my case it was a plugin for restricting access to site based on ip. By disabling everything was ok.

Please start your own support thread. Do not jump onto others.

Also, looks like some other security plugin is blocking it. Have a check with only Email Subscribers plugin active.
