survey and report recommendations please

Hi there.
Would anyone please advise:

I want to build a site that has a user form whereby user inputs a bunch of answers to questions producing data.
This data is then used to fill a another scrollable, expandable (according to data amount) form, and the DB with the results eg like a survey with graphs and preferably in table format.

Ive looked at a few forms modules and Google Forms comes close due to its 0 price and flexibility, but after collecting the data Im not sure how to return it to user in a nicely laid out format?

Any method suggestions appreciated, but not interested in using expensive addons or monthly subscription addons thanks.
I suspect I should be using Drupal for this, but WordPress has impressed so far.
