adding another “blog” page

I have a fixed page for my home page on my wordpress site. I’d like to create a “page” that shows the list of blog articles (that would normally be seen on the home page by default).

I also need this to be in my page menu (so it is just another menu item)

I’m sure there is a simple way to do this, I’m just not figuring it out.
