Better Analytics – GA Says Missing Tracking Code

I was running Google Analytics by Yoast and saw that I could set an adjusted bounce rate on Better Analytics. I uninstalled Yoast and installed Better Analytics.
Two days later when I looked at my stats in Google Analytics, GA said:
Missing Tracking Code
No valid tracking code found for property https://www.longwood-dental.com’s default URL https://www.longwood-dental.com. Make sure your pages are tagged with a supported version of the tracking code.I checked View/Source and my Universal Tracking code was not there. Here’s what it says instead:
