• When visiting my website, the posts and sidebar that show up on the main page are old.

I’ve since already published a couple of newer posts and updated the sidebar.php file and uploaded it.

When I login to the dashboard, I can see the newer posts being published, can view the post, and when I view that newer post, I also see the updated sidebar.

However, when clicking on any link on the website it shows the old sidebar again.

I’ve tried checking it in both IE, FireFox, clearing caches, deactivating all plugins (akismet and wp-super cache – and clearing expired and cache on that plugin as well).

    The website is somewhat NSFW-ish.

  • Looks like you might have figured this out already but I had a similar problem with a client blog that appeared after upgrading to WP 2.5.1. I found that I had to delete the wp-super-cache plug-in, the cache folder and related files from the root of the wp-content folder before the blog displayed properly.
