Been Awaiting for Approval Since November 2015

Is there anyone who could possibly help me? Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve asked and have given up for month but now trying again.
I have an adsense account which works fine with my YouTube channel but when trying to place some ads on my food blog for a little bit of extra revenue, 6 months on and I’m still seeing this:
“Your account is awaiting approval. AdSense shows blank ads until your account is approved, so ads may not yet be visible on your site. Learn more”

https://www.TastefullyVikkie.comI can’t see any form of contact for Google either and am just going around in loops.
