Double Columns

I’m having a hard time with columns and alignment. (See https://theme2.1stopnonprofitshop.com/meet-our-staff/). I either want the Employee Number and Description to be right next to the image or right under the image. I can’t figure out how to fix this alignment. I can send a snapshot on how the specific page looks in wordpress.
