I can not change my wordpress and woocommerce language

  • Hi, i am new in wordpress but not in web design.

    A new customer have a website with woocommerce. (myvape.gr)
    I try to change the english language to my language (Greek)

    I went to dashboard settings > general > site language and i change from English to Greek (was all ready installed).
    The backend (admin area) change to greeks but not the frontend and in option “site language” stay in English (United States).
    The same happens with any language!

    After that i try to find language files (.mo and .po) in wp-content/language and i find something interesting. There is no wp-content directory and no language directory. ????

    Any way, i find in wp-config.php the follow lines
    define( ‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ‘https://www.myvape.gr/sys’ );
    define( ‘WP_CONTENT_DIR’, ‘/home/myvape/public_html/sys’ );
    define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://www.myvape.gr’);

    In /sys/languages directory i found files:
    admin-el.mo
    admin-el.po
    el.mo
    el.po

    In /sys/languages/plugins
    woocommerce-el.mo
    woocommerce-el.po

    The files are there but i can not change.

    Any idea?
