Import WP site to localhost

I ftp download the entire site to my local machine runnng Wamps.
When I open my site (https://localhost/chatterwall/)from Wampserver cpanel, the url keep pointing to https://chatterwall.org/chatterwall/ which is the external server.
Any help onhow to fix this so I can run a copy of my site on localhost is greatly appreciated.
