    Could you please advise me how to remove or deactivate Storefront theme? I’ve looked everywhere…

  • Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – activate a different theme.

    Thanks for replying!

    I am afraid I do not want to activate another theme, I want to have Storefront but as I’m having a problem I thought I’d deactivate and see if the problem lies with Storefront. However, after some searching and thinking I think the problem is not with Storefront but with theme settings. Are you good at this? My problem is that when I want to preview my products I only get the image and product name, not description nor price. Should include I have the webshop in private mode and IgniteUp plugin

    It sounds like you have some theme and e-commerce feature setup issues. Your theme is by WooThemes. You should probably start a support ticket at woothemes for any theme related issues. They should able to handle any questions regrading your webshop as well. (assuming you are referring to their WooCommerce webshop products).

    Hi again Clayton,

    I’ve already contacted the IgniteUp support and even sent directly to the developers without any reply so far.

    The Woothemes support ticket is for paid themes, storefront is free.

    Well well, I’ll continue looking for a solution…
