I’m getting this, when I try to activat the plugin:

Fatal error: Switch statements may only contain one default clause in ………………..wp-content/plugins/opentickets-community-edition/inc/ticket/ticket.class.php on line 668

    What to do?

@egnlr this could be a few things.

    Just some possibilities:

    1. Make sure you are using a theme that is WooCommerce friendly
    2. WooCommerce has to be activated first
    3. Post the output from the ‘OpenTickets -> System Status -> Show Report’ and paste that here. it might reveal an issue.

@egnlr We have not heard back. Perhaps you have solved the issue?

Please re-open this if you are still having a problem.

The reason why you did not hear more was that I gave up. Getting under any circumstances not enabled this plugin (did another test now). I do not understand how you or someone manages to activate this plugin without getting a:
    Internal Server Error

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was Unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, XXX and inform themselve of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that march have caused the error.

More information about this error march pray available in the server error log. “

Gives you like to access the page if you want to test yourself.

Please don’t. The author could get into real trouble here getting that access. I know you mean well but that’s not allowed in these forums.
