Facebook Login not working with Chrome

    Facebook login suddenly stopped working with Chrome; it still works fine with Firefox.
    Social Plugin popup opens correctly if I’m not already logged into Facebook and lets me type the credentials; then the authentication fails and all I can see is this error in the Dev Tools console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'plugin' of null

    Any suggestions on how to solve this?
