    Hi,
    First I would like to thank and congratulate you on this amazing work you have done for us!
    I just started with printful and woocommerce so I am pretty new to this.
    I set up everything as instructed, but when I try yo buy an item, it displays this message “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help” under shipping costs. Also nothing changes if I press “Calculate Shipping”. I tried different countries and I have checked the Disable SSL > “Use HTTP instead of HTTPS to connect to the Printful API (may be required if the plugin does not work for some hosting configurations,” as instructed from other posts. Still, the issue exists.
    I am sure I am doing something wrong or did not enable something, but I am out of leads.

    Thanks for the kind words! What’s your email address? We would love to get in touch directly to troubleshoot.

    Otherwise, you can check the following:

    – Your products have been synced with Printful;
    – Printful shipping is enabled in WooCommerce-> Settings-> Shipping-> Printful shipping https://prntscr.com/b4kyhy
    – The correct API key is copied in WooCommerce-> Settings-> Integration from Printful-> Stroes-> API

    I changed Woocommerce -> Settings -> General -> Default Customer Address to Shop Based instead of Geolocate and PRINTFUL Shipping Options became active.

    Hi,

    So, I did everything you said, also what jmarstrell said…still nothing.
    I went to printful site and clicked the printful store to copy the API key. Later I discovered that aslo Woocommerce store on the printful site has its own API. Which one do I copy to my wordpress woocommerce store integration?

    But, I think the problem might be elsewhere. So I have another question about WooCommerce and SOAP/Client

    The problem:
    In the checkout section the shipping details do not appear.

    I noticed that in the WooCommerce System Staus page it mentioned that “Your server does not have the SoapClient class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected”

    When I contacted my hosting provider about Soap, they said that SoapClient support is provided as a PEAR module and that I should just include this command
    “require_once(‘SOAP/Client.php’);”

    The question is where can I add this command in the WooCommerce options/plugin

    Hi again,

    Ok I don’t know what happened but it works now. I guess it was a wrong API key and it takes some time to fix itself…my shipping issue is fixed ?? Thanks for support.

    But if SOAP IS important, please let me know what to do anyways.
