Can i delete the "cache" directory in "public_html/wp-content"?

    Hi. I have no caching plugin at the moment, however I did have one some time back. No I see that there are two directories in my public_
    /wp-content:
    /cache
    and
    /cache_delete

    Can I safely delete those?

    I wonder because I will migrate to another hosting soon and I am trying to clean up a little.
