• Hey,
I’m experiencing a strange problem that is all of my websites urls redirects to the same page, with the same content, with an extension in the url. I’ll give an example. I have the permalinks set up to page name on the pages should look and be created like this:
    mysite.com
    mysite.com/page1
    mysite.com/page-number2…
All of the above redirects to other pages on my site that have been created somehow. But I can’t understand how. Don’t know if it’s a plugin, a function in WordPress or something else. The target url that my website redirects to looks like this:

    mysite.com/?v=f003c44deab6
    mysite.com/page1/?v=f003c44deab6
    mysite.com/page-number2…/?v=f003c44deab6

If I google ?v=f003c44deab6 I get other websites with the same ending in the url… many of them also being woocommerce sites… Other plugins I have installed is w3 total cache, beaver builder and all in one security plugin.

Can figure out the reason and how to undo it. I think it can hurt search engine rankings please help.

  • I found this issue by Googling the same string I got in my site’s URL. In my case it was caused by the setting “Geolocate (with page caching support)” in WooCommerce General settings and it disappeared when I changed to just Geolocate.

Thanks, Yes I found out that to be the solution to the problem.
