Turkish Translate

Im a Turk. And i want to translate the All-in-One Event Calendar cuz it is the only one which supported by my theme. Im not the site owner so i need to fix the events thing in a short time.
I found this page https://time.ly/forums/topic/translation-install-manual/ and this guy’s https://time.ly/forums/users/eerk/ post. I was hopin the translate already done but nope. So i decided to translate it myself.
Please help me to fix the situation and get help about developing(translating) your events module.

Eerk says i need to jump in that site https://translate.time.ly/projects/timely/all-in-one-event-calendar/ and export the .mo .po files.

I downloaded the mo and po file made some translates on the downloaded files but the problem is , there is no effect when i put them into wp-content/languages/plugins i tried to name them tr_TR en_EN en_GB en_US but there were no effect. I think u must add some code or smtn like that to make them usable, mean tr_TR . If you can give me any information about how can i fix this i can finish all the translate and send it to you.
