Side bar partially missing

My sidebar ( with the buttons for plugins, pages links etc) is either missing or partially missing when i go to edit my pages from dashboard. My site runs fine but i cant get in to my sidebar to add plug ins or do any general site management.

Ant help would be greatly appreciated.
