Can't Access Admin After Update To 4.5.2 Unless All Plugins Are Off

I just updated to 4.5.2 and can no longer access wp-admin…thought it might be a plugin, but which one to turn off on a live WooCommerce shop that gets alot of traffic, so I said F-it and turned them all off (plugins.hold) and set them back up one by one and everything works fine then suddenly when I try to go to a different part of the admin, away from the plugins page, the page just keeps loading and never going to the new page (Dashboard) until it times out and throws a 504 error.
Front page of the site is fine and I actually am still getting orders but if I have to turn off the plugins constantly customers can’t checkout & pay…even the whole store, the WooCommerce plugin, is missing due to plugins having to be turned off and on to access the Admin…anyone with any help, I appreciate it.
