How to add an album to a page??

    I have created galleries and albums, but I don’t see how to add them to a page on the site. The documentation seems to imply that there will be a button on the page editor for this purpose, but I don’t see one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. Still no button. The slugs I entered for albums and galleries don’t seem to work either, but again the documentation isn’t clear – is the slug just added after the site’s base URL?

    The documentation seems extremely unclear about how this is supposed to work – a screen shot showing exactly how to add albums or galleries to a page would be helpful.

    When I use shortcodes, I get the same galleries being displayed multiple times.

    Maybe all of this is obvious to most users, so I’m wondering if something is fundamentally broken in my installation.

    We have a video demo for this purpose. Please check that out: It might luck some gallery features (shot with an older version) but it is still good for overall idea.

    Its a step to add a media gallery.

    Sona didn’t really answer narnett’s question and neither does the video. The video shows how to build a gallery and put it on a page, but it didn’t address the question which was about albums.

    ootsbridge also didn’t answer the question either.

    I have the same question about albums in the WordPress Photo Gallery plugin. How do I put one on a page? The online documentation on the Web Dorado site only covers the creation of an album, not how to use it after is exists.

    @jwarhus,

    The created album gets included in the page with a shortcode, the only difference here will be choosing an album-related view and choosing the album. The rest is the same and the video covers how to include the shortcode in a page/post. Thanks.
