  • The hello pro theme runs on the genesis framework but this theme is a 3rd party theme that StudioPress did not create. So with any 3rd party themes you need to get support on theme issues from the theme creator. When you bought this theme you should of read in your package you received about how to get support on the theme. I will try to email the theme creator myself to visit this thread but she is the only one that can give you an answer on this.

    I think the theme just needs to be updated to co-exist with the simple edits plugin. I am using the same plugin but my theme is a modified StudioPress official theme I tweaked myself.

    You might have to wait 24 hours to get a response from the theme author. Its truly a theme problem then more customers will run into this same issue so the zip file package files would have to be updated.

    Thank you for your help. I bought StudioPress package themes so I can use any of their themes. I didn’t know that this is 3rd party theme.
