Problem accessing my site

If anyone can please help me with this, you will be my favorite person ever.

I was happily working on my WordPress site earlier when it started having trouble saving, and then it just stopped loading altogether.

I worked with my hosting company for over two hours via chat and we tried every known fix, to no avail. After ruling everything else out, they determined it must be an issue with my ISP.

Issue: I currently cannot connect to any aspect of my site, including the site itself, the WordPress admin page, and cPanel. I can connect to other sites fine, just not mine.

I can connect via a proxy server. I tried connecting from my phone, via my wifi, and could not. I then disconnected from wifi and my phone was then able to connect, so it’s definitely an issue with my service provider.

The problem with my service provider is it’s super shady Campus Connect, since I live in student housing, and they are not willing to assist me with this issue.
