WooCommerce Reports not recognising multiple currencies

    Hi,

    We’re using the free version of Currency Switcher with WooCommerce 2.3.8

    When we view the in-built reports in the WooCommerce menu, it displays the graphs and totals for all order in our base currency (Euro) only as it does not recognise that some orders are in an alternate currency (GBP in our case). This renders the reporting feature useless as an order for say ￡50 will be counted in the reports as €50 and there is no way to filter orders in the reports feature

    Can this plugin be used to display the WooCommerce Reports in the different currencies or might I be better contacting WooThemes themselves?

  • I have the same problem. It looks as though the only option with the currency switcher is to change the currency of the order back to the base currency, this is done on the order page by clicking “recalculate order”.

    I’d rather not have to go through hundreds of orders changing the currency back so I’m hoping there is a 3rd party reporting plugin that deals with multiple currencies.

    You are right – if you will find any statistic beauty plugin, even if its not for 100% compatible with WOOCS – drop me link please to that one and maybe I will make it works using WOOCS-API, for example as this one: https://currency-switcher.com/manufacturer-price/ – but of course no warranty – all depends how that plugin collect data … I wanted to write self such plugin – but I have no time for it …

    Hi all.
    I′m also having this challenge. I would like to keep the original currency on the orders but have the reports recalculated to the base currency. No plans for developing this?
    Can you suggest a report plugin that works with multiple currencies? I have Woo Reporting but I dont like it at all.
