Should wp_ewwwio_images be this big with Cloud?

My hosting company is complaining that my database is over 100Mb. The wp_ewwwio_images is 14.5Mb but I use the EWWW Cloud Image Optimization plugin. Is it therefore safe to delete this from the database?
