Author bios, featured images stopped working

Hello,

We noticed that our Guest Author pages are now missing the photo entered in the Featured Image spot, and all of the copy entered in the bio box.. example: https://www.digitalgov.gov/author/ashley-braun/
and here is an example of a regular WordPress User author page where they do work:
https://www.digitalgov.gov/author/jparcell/

I didn’t see any support threads on this so hoping you could let us know when this could be fixed/if there’s something we need to do to fix it..
In case it helps, we’re using the Enlightened theme from Solostream https://www.solostream.com/wordpress-themes/wp-enlightened/ / https://demo.solostream.com/wp-enlightened/
