Drag and Drop not working with Jet Pack

    Hi,

    Hosting is at Hostgator.

    Tested with PHP versions 5.5 and 7.0. Tested with several different themes although my usual choice is Genesis from Studiopress on which I build child themes.

    Drag and drop not working until I disabled Jet Pack. I didn’t test each Jet Pack feature so my guess is if I turn it back on and toggle off features one at a time I might be able to be more specific about which one is creating a conflict, but I don’t have the time to spend right now so I thought I’d report the issue anyway.

    Thanks for the heads up.

    I’ve tested using Jet Pack and am unable to reproduce the issue. Which version of Jet Pack are you using? I enabled every feature I could and still everything is working for me (Chrome and Safari on OSX). Is it not working for any theme when Jet Pack is enabled?

    When you say that drag and drop is not working, are you able to do anything (i.e., either drag elements/templates onto the page or move elements around on the page)? Which browser are you using? Are there any errors showing in the browser console?

    Hello Andrew,

    Sorry I didn’t respond to your reply. I am signed up for notifications but did not receive one when you replied.

    However, I did get your notification this evening of closing the thread.

    FYI…Dragging templates onto a page was not working. It’s been so long now I can’t recall which version of Jet Pack but it would have been the current version at the time of the post because I keep them up-to-date always.

    I am using Firefox 46.0.1 on Windows 10 Home version but suspect I may have been on the previous version of Firefox at the time. I think I tried using Chrome too.

    At any rate, I’ll try Tailor out again if I still have problems return and start a fresh thread.
