Not All Assets Loading

  • We are running an Underscores theme, and I recently installed the app to replace the default comments system we have been using. However, for some reason, some assets on in the comments section are not loading. Inspecting the page with the dev tools reveals a ton of 404 errors directed at the “assets” folder in the wpdiscuz directory.

    Additionally, none of the buttons on the bottom of the posts are working, and lazy loading appears to not be functioning, despite the service being turned on. This plugin looks like exactly what we need, and I would love to get it working!

    Hi ataylor2247,
    I see CDN issue, please delete wpDiscuz, install it again, then delete cache, then purge CDN then wait for 15 min and delete cache and test it again.

    I am getting similar 404 errors on a site that I am not using a CDN with.

    Lots of 404’s from utils/temp.

    Hi davebach,
    please navigate to wpDiscuz Settings > Hide/Show Tab and set “Captcha generation type” option to “use wordpress session” variant. Then delete all caches twice, and do CTRL+F5 on your browser before checking.
