Table wp_options

    @mirekk – We do not specifically write displayed_gallery_rendering_ to the wp_options table but if you are considering their removal I would strongly recommend insuring you have a fully verified complete backup of your database before making any modifications to it.

    Are those records in the table important for NGG or not? Change their functions by removing NGG?

    @mirekk – As I noted, we do not write those entries … that does not mean to say something else on your site that works with NextGEN Gallery is not writing them and needed by that extension. All I can really put forward is NextGEN Gallery as is does not use them.
