Not compatible with WP Migrate DB

Yeah QM will probably cause you problems with any long-running script that performs a very high number of database queries, due to the amount of information that QM stores in memory for each database query.

Depending on your server configuration, you might not see any problems until you hit tens of thousands of queries, or it might run out of memory with just a few hundred. Unfortunately I don’t really have an answer to this at the moment, except that it’s on my radar.
