Submissions Edit screen cannot remove text content

    This form maker is powerful and adaptable. Thank you!

    When I Edit an existing Submission, I cannot remove existing text from a Simple Text field.

    For example, I have a phone extension of 123. But now they have a direct line, and I need to set the phone extension field to empty.

    If I delete the 123 and Save, the value 123 remains.

    The workaround is to put a blank space into the field and Save. But now I have a blank in that field.

    Is there a way to clear a text field?

    First of all thank you for all of the great feedback. We feel appreciated when receiving such comments from our clients.

    Getting to your issue, the entry actually cannot be fully cleared. The thing is that the submissions display all fields which have been submitted, thus you will have to either have blank space or keep up the entry (since the entry has already been inserted in submission table). Thank you.
