Word Press update 4.5.1

  • Hi

    I have just tried to update to 4.5.1 but it has crashed my entire site.

    The theme I am using is Ultra and I get this error message Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/core/menu-walkers.php on line 115

    Can anyone help
