Can't use "Sharing" component Error code: -32601

  • For the past few months we’ve tried setting up social sharing from Jetpack on our WordPress site running Divi 2.6.4.1. We’re able to set up the WordPress.com connector, but when I try to connect Twitter or Facebook I get error code -32601, which we can’t find any record of online.
    We’ve gone through several updates on Jetpack to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated. The site is: frenchhour.com.

    Hi there! Could you try reconnecting your social accounts, following these steps?:

    1. Visit https://wordpress.com/sharing

    2. If prompted, select your site from the list

    3. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connection that isn’t working

    4. Click the “Connect” button to reconnect your account

    5. Repeat for all connected accounts as needed

    Then, see if the issue persists. Please let me know how that works for you, and we can go from there!

    hello, I have the same problem, when I got to https://wordpress.com/sharing there is a word it says ‘There was an error retrieving your site settings.
    Make sure your Jetpack is up to date’ even tho my jetpack is already updated and still I can’t connect all the social account. please help
