Passing Variable into Contact Form (or obtaining URL)

    I’m new to the shortcode formatting, and I’m trying to use a code tag to get the url of the page where the popup is placed on, because I want to use the same form multiple times but with a different text corresponding to page URL/page name.

    Currently what I have in my popup maker script is this:
    [contact-form-7 id=”25613″ title=”Pop up contact form”]

    It access contact form 7, but I want it to pass a variable to the contact form depending on popup URL/page name.
