How do I remove the second "title" line

But you can hide this using following lines

Please put this code on your child theme style.css

I think, you can find it in general setting.

You would be able to deactivate second title from general settings.

I will try general settings – do I get to that from the page itself or from the dashboard?

I reviewed the page and I think it’s coming from two different requests. Are you using two different plugins to manage your products?
