    Kindly find our proposed solution below :
    1. For orders above a certain amount(say $100), a code snippet can be used to hide all other shipping services so that only “Free Shipping” is allowed.

    2. For orders below a certain amount(say $100), a code snippet can be used to hide “Free Shipping” option.

    In both cases, if you have a developer, you can get our existing code snippets customized to create the two snippets mentioned above.
