Page won't load on Iphone Safari

  • My website works perfect on my iMac desktop and my ipad but one page does not work on my iPhone. It first says “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” then it will say “A problem repeatedly occured on “hhtp://shopoverthetop.com/lookbook-spring-2016/” and the page is white.

    Once is a while the page pops up working fine…

    Can someone please help me with this.

    The page not working is “Lookbook Spring 2016”.

    Rajan, you got the page to load? It won’t load on my phone nor my husbands…

    The website yes, but the page title Lookbook also loaded??

    Its working fine

    There can be two possibilities of this issue. one is your browser and other one is your page design.

    It may possible that your browser is not updated and facing issue to connect properly with server.

    Also, if your page design is not responsive it would not show up properly.

    What I’ve found is it works if I turn off wifi and go to “lite”

    What do you think is the issue?

    I only have iOS devices, but it happens on both phones (6 and a 7) and an iPad mini.

    I tried clearing cache. No dice.

    Thoughts? stumped, and there are a bunch of moms that want some mobil access. ??

    @bighead how did you solve it? I have a fresh iPhone given to me for testing as I heard others could not see my site in iPhone/safari. It shows fine in iMac/Safari and many other combinations. only in iPhone does it hang and say my server is not responding.

    It is not resolved at all. My wife and I, and pretty much everyone who tries the site on iOS, has the same problem.

    Is there a wordpress person who could perhaps chime in? How does that work on these forums?

    I’m getting a bit frustrated that there’s no response on this. I’ve only been a wordpress user for the past few years and this is the first time I’m having an issue that I can’t solve on my own.

    Is there ANY admin monitoring that could provide some assistance? I currently have a whole bunch of traffic that is being lost due to a iOS/wordpress malfunction.

    I am having this issue too. Pages display fine on desktop (Mac/FF/Saf/Chrome) but broken on mobile (IOS/Safari/Chrome)

    The pages display but if I click a linkable image which links to a new page, it breaks and get 404

    Hello everyone, i’m also having this same problem since couple of hours ago. I have reset Network settings as well as browser settings but my website https://www.locals.xyz doesn’t seem to work on iPhone and its working on my android. Strange! :-/

    As this topic is still active, I’m experiencing the same problems. Megane-rs.nl. It’s showing on nearly every device but not on iPhone.
