Custom icon/link not working

For some reason the one custom icon that I have added to this plugin will not link properly to Bloglovin. When I add the link (https://www.bloglovin.com/en/blog/4791137) in the ‘Where do you want this icon to link to’ box and save my changes, it just disappears from the box again as I’m linking it wrong… Anyone know how to fix this? Should I be using another link format?
