    Hi there!
The issue: after first comment approving I see that it’s “duplicated”. The comment actually submits and after page reloaded I see it.

Also while trying to log in to the admin panel sometimes I see “password is empty” while it’s filled in.

The website database seems to be huge (760 Mb) so I suggest it can be a problem. Thank you.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, deactivate the Comments module, and let me know if the “Duplicate” errors remain?

    Thanks!

Jeremy, it’s currently deactivated. Result is the same.

In this case, I’m afraid the problem might indeed be linked to your site setup. When the Comments module is deactivated, Jetpack doesn’t have any impact on the comments left on your site.

I’d suggest that you deactivate all plugins on your site, one at a time, until you find the one that’s creating the issue. If that doesn’t help, try switching to one of the default themes, like Twenty Fifteen, for a few minutes, to make sure the problem isn’t linked to your theme.

If none of this helps, I’d recommend posting in the general www.remarpro.com support forums for help:
