• I just downloaded One Page checkout from Woocommerce and the plugin does not do any of the features the demo shows. I followed the troubleshooting tips, filed two tickets and so on. It is frustrating to pay for a plugin that has conflicts with my Theme. I use Flatsome. Anyhow, anyone out there who can help it would be much obliged.
Primary issue- When I create shortcode for page the quantity box with + and – on the sides does not show. The customer therefore needs to manually enter a quantity. When you manually enter a quantity an error code comes up briefly also. The last thing is this plugin could be ideal for a landing page from various ad sites I am using but the products do not link to a more detailed page on my site if the customer wants to get more info. A dog could have created a better plugin. For those of you who really know your stuff it would be great to know how to fix this plugin but also how to get Woo to be more responsible. The plugin sucks!

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

That makes sense however there are several remarks on the forum pertaining to this subject and the poor response rate from Woothemes. Furthermore after submitting tickets to Woothemes they finally responded by asking what the problem was after I detailed exactly what the problem was. I have experienced this on plugins that I have paid for before.

Regardless though, they’re the ones who can fix this, we can’t.
