@adkprasana, Please check your phpmyadmin user permission.. allow all rights to that particular user and try to reinstall.

I just set up a new wordpress site:<ahref=”https://tattoosleevedesignstips.com”&gt; but the loading speed is very slow, am wondering what would be the best wordpress plugin to help speed up my site:

Sounds like the Database did not create all the way. could still be perm issue as mentioned but, sounds like it may need to be re-installed, database also. Make sure the WordPress software you are installing meets the requirements of the different server’s software services such as PHP, MySQL, ect..

I experienced this same issue, and had to increase the max_execution_time in php.ini or call https://php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php
