Number of pages & display the page title

Hi,

I’d like to know 2 things :
1) how can I put the number of pages ? On the homepage, there’re 6 posts which are displayed but I can’t add an option to view the next 6 other posts.

2) how can I display the title of page entirely ? At the present time, when the title is too long, the words are replaced by […]
