Robo gallery is not showing

  • I’ve experienced the same thing. Seems like it should be fairly straight forward but it’s not working.
    Can someone help?

    Hello Guys,

    It’s could happening bec. of some kind of conflict. For example JQuery conflict, theme or plugin conflict. Another reason: Your theme do not include JS/CSS files of other plugin. Some kind of optimizer could also brake down functionality of another plugins.

    Solution: Try to switch JQuery version lib option in plugin settings. You can find this option in admin section of the RoboGallery/Settings
    Try to use Alternative value or Force include.

    If it’s not gonna help please submit ticket in our client section with more details and we’ll find solution!
