• In the past few weeks one, and only one, of the five fixed pages on our site, https://www.hardshelllabs.com/team-contact-us, has a blank editing window. Meaning I can’t make changes to the page because nothing’s viewable in the editing window other than red lines in the background. I’ve tried looking at in Internet Exploder, Opera, and Chrome and each showed the same result.

And the red lines only show after I’ve clicked a cursor into the editing window. I have a screenshot showing that behaviour at https://www.borrowedplanet.org/public/WordPress_Broken_4-25-16.jpg.

All other pages are in good shape. Is this easily fixable by a non-coder, or do I have to hire a developer to solve it? Thanks.

  • you have the font set to white, try editing in textual mode

Webdesignerchristian, that seems unlikely: if the font were set to white the live page wouldn’t display. It does display. Although that doesn’t seem a likely cause, I did notice in looking at the screenshot that all the normally-visible editing tools are absent on only that page while in editing function.

@michael that may be also a problem, but i had same issue when i had the font set to white once.
