Change line 30 in asgaros-forum\includes\thememanager.php from:
static::find_themes();
to
self::find_themes();

Is it working again when you made this change?

I also fixed it in the dev-version of the plugin and a bugfix for this will be included in the upcoming v1.1.2 release. It is caused by an incompatibility with PHP-versions < 5.3.
