If its not a taxonomy then how are you listing the items? Is there a query? If yes, then you can use its Pro version.

Yes, i think its taxonomy and it should work with Free version too. Can you please check if its iterating with while() on frontend?

Yes, you need plugin’s Pro version because you are using custom query and it needs some filters to implement alphabets there.

I just bought the pro version but it looks like it’s the same free version!
