I checked your site and for some reason it seems like the Top 10 Daily posts are not tracking.

It’s likely a database error which can currently only be fixed by deleting the plugin and re-adding it.
The issue is that is that you’ll lose all the tracking data.

Are you in a position to check your database using phpMyAdmin? You’ll need to find what wp_top_ten_daily table structure is

Thanks, Ajay. No, I wouldn’t be able to check those files. My designer used Pagelines and I can’t figure out how to get into my files anymore. I will try deleting and reinstalling. At this point, I can’t use the plugin the way I’d like to, so I have nothing to lose. Thank you!

    Firstly, please backup the database.

Next, reset the Top 10 settings to default in your plugin settings page

Check if this works when you do the tracking.

If not, under General settings, select Delete counter data on uninstall and save the settings

Then deactivate & delete from the Plugins page

This should clean up all the settings and data that Top 10 installed.

Thanks Ajay! That worked. I did have to delete the counter data and reinstall. The only issues I’m having now, is that the thumbnails are not centered in my sidebar, there’s a thin line between each thumbnail and I can’t figure out how to place the text under the thumbnails. I am guessing my designer had placed code somewhere to do all that?

I just checked your side. Where do I find the popular posts?

Hi Ajay…I ended up playing around to try to get what I was aiming for and it was a mess. I deleted it completely. I’ll reinstall sometime this week, but have other things that need attention right now. Thanks.

No problem. I’ll close this post for now, however, if you do reinstall it, I can open it again.
