Image not loading in Image and Text Plugin

I have installed the Image and Text Plugin. I am using the Twenty Twelve theme. No matter what I do, I cannot get the image to load. Text works fine, but when I “Select Image,” nothing happens. No image loads and there is no error message. Help.
