    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I’m afraid that’s not something we can implement in Jetpack’s Comment form.

    Jetpack stores your site language on WordPress.com, and the comments module then uses that option to display the right comment form.
    If you use a plugin to add an extra language, Jetpack won’t know how that plugin defines the new language. Since there is no standard, each multilingual plugin handles translations differently, and there is no single value Jetpack could use to define a different language in each post or page.
