Menu elements not showing up on desktop

The main mega menu (Men > Size Guide) on our website is not showing up properly.

I assume that there is no residual styling associated in the above code.
Please help me to figure out what is wrong.
Do I need to add any additional CSS to the Max Mega menu?
P.S – We are looking to have a mega menu similar to this website
